Prorated Salesforce CRM Licenses

Once your InsureForce, built on the Salesforce CRM platform, is launched, you must purchase a Salesforce CRM License for each user.

The licenses are prorated from the month you purchase them through December of the same year. In January of the following year, you are charged for the full annual cost of those licenses.

Ongoing System Administration & Development

Monthly ongoing system administration and development. Following the custom InsureForce setup project, our team provides ongoing support, consultation, strategy, and development to automate sales communications, appointment setting, marketing, and administration.

Most agencies start with automating FFR appointments in the build-out of your project and then move to recapture past customers and missed quotes before streamlining your net new acquisition.

SMS360 Phone Number(s)

When you have SMS360 integrated into your InsureForce you need at least one designated SMS360 Phone Number that is assigned to a single user or shared amongst multiple users. You may want multiple phone numbers if your agency has offices in more than one area code or you want to segment your campaigns by Producer or customize automation by user.

$377 per annual phone number

SMS360 User Licenses

When you have SMS360 integrated into your InsureForce you need one SMS360 User License per Salesforce CRM Platform License. This allows each Producer to have emails, plain texts, texts with links, and ringless voicemails sent manually and automatically from those user's specific email addresses and have the returned texts and call-backs reach those Producers directly.

$377 per annual license

Annual Salesforce CRM Licenses

The licenses are prorated from the month you purchase them through December of the same year. In January of the following year, you are charged for the full annual cost of those licenses. Two months before your renewal date, we'll schedule a consultation to assess and adjust the quantity of annual licenses required for your upcoming year.
